Terms & Conditions — The complete rules governing use of the Creckex platform

1 General Terms

Creckex is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions below.

Creckex's Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services on the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, new games, and High Roller services. These Terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the creckex.bet website and its mobile application.
• "Member" refers to any registered user.
• "Bet" refers to any betting transaction.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to extra funds received from promotional offers.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with Creckex, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Creckex reserves the right to close any account that does not comply with these conditions.

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 18 years old to participate on Creckex. Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure, and any winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Creckex may request identity verification (NID, passport) at any time.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Creckex will never ask for your password by phone or message.

3.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password — a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not use the same password on any other site.
• Never share your password with anyone — including the Creckex support team.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to support@creckex.bet. Creckex will not be held liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at Creckex are simple and secure. However, certain rules must be followed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits must be made from the member's own payment account.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in the funds being seized.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Creckex. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation or temporary account suspension.

5.1 Betting Limits

• Minimum single bet: ৳100.
• Maximum single bet: varies by market, generally up to ৳10,00,000.
• Accumulator bets are limited to a maximum of 12 legs.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Creckex reserves the right to void that bet.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be voided.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly and may shift before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered final once confirmation is received.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Creckex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 10x–20x).

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus balance can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days, or they will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household — is a punishable offence.

6.3 Cashback & Reload Bonuses

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Creckex platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes through fraudulent means.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Spreading defamatory or false information about Creckex.
• Assisting anyone under 18 in accessing the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Creckex may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

8.1 Temporary Suspension

• KYC verification is incomplete.
• To investigate suspicious transactions.
• Upon the first instance of repeated rule violations.

8.2 Permanent Closure

• Serious rule violations (fraud, money laundering).
• Evidence of using a false identity.
• Legal or court order.

8.3 Self-Closure

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure (subject to conditions).

9 Privacy & Data

In short, we use your information to:

• For account verification and management.
• To process transactions.
• To send you relevant offers and promotions (subject to your consent).

10 Responsible Gaming

Creckex believes gaming is entertainment — it should never be a source of financial stress. That's why responsible gaming isn't just a policy for us; it's at the core of our platform.

10.1 Self-Limits

Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.

10.2 Cooling-Off & Self-Exclusion

11 Limitation of Liability

Creckex will not be liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• In the event a bet is cancelled or delayed due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, government restrictions).
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or breach of the rules.
• Third-party access resulting from a cyberattack or hacking.

In all circumstances, Creckex's maximum liability is limited to the current balance held in the member's account.

12 Changes to Terms

Creckex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification prior to the update taking effect.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the platform after the new terms come into effect will be considered acceptance of the changes.
